1. The surface damage of the lifting belt is an important factor in the strength of the sling, so when the surface wears out, the belt will be rapidly damaged. It is inevitable for some fibers on the surface of the sling to break (not fracture), as long as it is not too widespread, it will not affect its usage.
2. Need to strictly follow the lifting method and load factor when using.
3. Do not use unprotected bolted lifting methods in a centralized manner.
4. Do not connect the soft ring to any device that may cause damage to it. The lifting device connected to the soft ring should be:
A) Smooth without sharp edges,
B) Its size and shape should not tear open the seams or overload the straps.
5. The following measures should be followed during lifting:
A) Do not drag while moving the sling and cargo,
B) Do not knot the strap,
C) When carrying, do not twist it,
D) Do not use straps without protective covers (corner protectors) to carry goods with sharp corners or edges, especially when the straps are partially scratched or worn,
E) It is not allowed to hang goods with suspenders for too long,
F) When the goods are stuck on the sling, the sling must not be pulled out from its carrying state,
G) Avoid hanging or impacting loads,
H) Avoid opening the soft ring at an angle exceeding 20 °,
6. During the lifting process, it is important to ensure that the load remains constant. If multiple lifting straps need to be used simultaneously, try to distribute the load evenly on each strap as much as possible,
7. If using or lifting chemical substances in abnormal environments such as high temperature situations, the sling should be used according to the guidance and recommendations of the manufacturer and seller.
After the sling is dirty or used in an acidic or alkaline environment, it should be immediately washed clean with water.
8. Straps should be stored in a dark and UV free environment.
9. Do not store the sling near open flames or other heat sources.
10. Each sling should be carefully inspected before use.
11. Do not repair damaged straps casually, seek the opinions of manufacturers and suppliers.
12. When not in use, the sling should be stored on a dry and ventilated dedicated rack for future use.
